THE INFORMATION COLLECTED, SCOPE, USE AND PURPOSE OF STORAGE AND PROCESSING
Personal data that is obtained via online contact forms on the website www.advansys.si and by email is collected and protected pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1 and ZVOP-2), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT-1B) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We guarantee that the data will be used solely by the company and will not be handed over to a third party or misused in any other way.
We collect and process only the data required for the fulfilment of the contractual obligation or purpose for which the data was collected and contact established with the company.
The company uses personal data that is obtained via the online contact form and consent for:
- making contacts with customers for the presentation of company products and services and for the preparation of an offer,
- sending technical documents about company products,
- providing technical support, product maintenance and warranty repairs,
- sending e-mail invitations to events (trade fairs, training courses, etc.),
- sending e-news about new products, product features, cordiality messages and similar information relating to the company activity,
- recruiting new employees.

name, surname, title, email address, phone number, company, address, number of gaming devices, name of the casino or gaming house and other data entered by an individual in online forms or sent by email.
The company Advansys d.o.o. is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user in the online contact form.
Personal data is collected with the explicit consent of an individual.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSORS
Personal data is processed by the company Advansys d.o.o. (controller and its employees in technical support, development, maintenance, production, sales, marketing and administration office) and, on its behalf and for its account, by contractual processors offering technical support to the controller in the development and maintenance of products as well as external marketing associates, delivery services and freight carriers.
DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION
All data in electronic form is stored at the company’s data centres pursuant to the legislation governing the relevant area and the Personal Data Protection Rules binding the company employees and contract agents.
Although the company takes appropriate administrative, technical and physical measures and measures related to the staff to protect personal data against loss, theft, unauthorised use, disclosure or modification, it cannot ensure that all possible cyber risks are eliminated.
PERIOD OF STORAGE
