AI SPECIALIST/MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER
(M/F)

We are looking for an engineer who can bring AI models into production, independently lead the development of AI functionalities, and translate model outputs into concrete product features. This role represents the beginning of building AI capabilities within the company and will play a key role in developing a new AI Intelligence Layer on our Nexio platform.

Your responsibilities:

  • Development and validation of ML models for predicting player behavior (e.g., churn, player value),
  • Development of anomaly detection models and support for AML analytics,
  • Data preparation, cleaning, and transformation from the data warehouse (DWH),
  • Design and implementation of feature engineering pipelines over gaming, transactional, and loyalty data,
  • Development of NL2SQL functionalities (natural language to SQL conversion),
  • Implementation of models into production environments (batch or API),
  • Setup and maintenance of batch scoring processes and data/ML pipelines,
  • Collaboration with backend teams to integrate AI functionalities into the Nexio platform (API, UI),
  • Monitoring and analysis of model performance and their iterative improvement,
  • Participation in defining AI architecture (Oracle DWH + Python + LLM approaches).

 

What we expect:

  • Strong knowledge of Python (focus on data processing and ML libraries),
  • Experience with machine learning (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or similar),
  • Good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle is an advantage),
  • Understanding statistics, model validation, and basics of MLOps,
  • Experience working with real-world (non-ideal) datasets,
  • Ability to independently develop and implement AI solutions,
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with development teams,
  • Good communication skills.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with deploying ML models to production (pipelines, deployment, monitoring),
  • Experience with LLM / NLP (e.g., RAG, NL2SQL),
  • Experience with large-scale data systems (DWH),
  • Experience with anomaly detection or fraud/AML analytics,
  • Experience with graph analytics.
